Mijn voorouders komen uit India en China.<\/p>\n

Op mijn vijfde ben ik met mijn moeder vanuit Suriname naar Nederland verhuisd. Mijn eerste herinneringen zijn ook van de tijd in Nederland. Op mijn tiende zijn we weer terug gegaan naar Suriname en op mijn achttiende ben ik alleen teruggekomen naar Nederland. Sindsdien ben ik in Nederland gebleven. Al deze verhuizingen hebben ervoor gezorgd dat ik opzoek ging naar mezelf. Wie ben ik en waar hoor ik bij?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Na de middelbare school heb ik de opleiding optiek gevolgd en heb ruim 20 jaar een eigen optiekzaak gehad. Tijdens mijn werk als optici\u00ebn en ondernemer ontstond de nieuwsgierigheid naar alles wat met holisme te maken heeft. Ik begon mij te verdiepen in meditatie, yoga en Zen\u2013boeddhisme. Daarna volgde ik een aantal opleidingen waaronder orthomoleculaire therapie, mindfulness, medische basiskennis, touch for health, reiki\u2013master, holistische therapie, systemisch werk<\/a>, vele workshops en verdiepings\u2013opleidingen in systemisch werk.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Het was een intense maar ook een bijzondere tijd om ook mijn eigen processen aan te kijken. Ik kan nu stellen dat systemisch werk<\/a> mij daarin veel inzicht heeft gegeven.
